Large one bedroom – well equipped: washing machine, dish-washer, microwave, Internet, cable TV, telephone.There is a double bed in the bedroom and convertible bed for two in the living room.

The prices
One week stay (or more) for one person – 120 € / day (840 €/week)
One week stay (or more) for two people – 150 € / day (1050 €/week)
Less than one week stay - 150 € / for one person, 200 € / two people
(minimum 3 nights)
Additional person 30€ / day From December 23^rd to January 3^rd – daily rates
The stay is free for child less than 5 years old.
Please be informed that the check-in time is after 1 pm and the
check-out is before 11 am. Exceptions can be accepted at special
request.
Payment :
Please, note that we don’t take credit cards. To complete your
reservation we would like that you send a deposit for ½ of the total
price. You can send your personal check (please check with us to whom
it should be made). It will be returned to you on your arrival and the
payment will be accepted in cash or French check. The payment of the
deposit can be an account transfer if you prefer it that way. Please
contact us directly for the details of the account
In case of transfer, please add the bank fees.

We don’t take credit cards (too small of a business).
You can send your personal check to Mme. Perl, 35 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France.
The check will be returned to you on your arrival and the payment done in cash (or French check)
