One room with bathroom and kitchenette (+/- 25 m2) equipped with: cable TV; Internet ; WiFi ; telephone (local calls are free) ; linens ; towels ; hairdryer ; dishes and pans.
This studio is comfortable for two but very comfortable for one.
For one person = 385 € / week, less than one week = 70 € / day (minimum 4 days)
For two = 490 € / week,less than a week = 90 € / day (minimum 4 days)
Third person = 15 € / day
Children under 5 y/o stay for free
To complete the reservation please send deposit for half of the total amount.
We don’t take credit cards (too small of a business). You can send your personal check to Mme. Perl, 35 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France.
The check will be returned to you on your arrival and the payment done in cash (or French check)
